my TL gave one application to develop.In my company they are conducting some quiz about organization .in that 5 options ,5 options contains marks like 5,4,3,2,1 like that ,
so frent end i used lable control ,one radiobuttonlist control,and 3 buttons for previous,next,finish.
iam doing in vs.net2003 and c#.
can u do any help for me i want code for this application any of your friends done this application,
please let me know i want code for previous , next, finish .buttons
how many tables required for database .

Hi srini,
If at all you want to use the radiobutton only for the selection the answers,
why not you try with the Radiobuttonlist (instead of datagrid), because it also involves less complexity.
Its my suggession, pls try for the radiobuttonlist control.

Altho ur idea is not very clear but what i can guess from ur post is that u wanna have a web based (ASP.NET) quiz application that will present questions to users with a multi-choice type (KBC type) answers. As the user start the quiz, the timer will start and as soon as the user clicks a particular option, the system will cross-check the answer from the database and alert the user whether his anwer is wrong or right. Now this analysis is at the bare minimum level, plz provide more inputs about your idea, since this is going to be a web based application(distributed) concurrency,integrity and security are going to be some of the issues that need to be addressed.
As far as data base tables are concerned, minimum 2 tables have to be there, one for questions and other for answers, with question table referencing the answers table (Foriegn key concepts).
This all is bare minimum.I think u get the message

all questions are about organization like how much u satisfied abour this organization.then i have 5 options 1. strongly agree ,2.moderately agree,3.agree,4.moderately disagree,5.strongly disagree.
for these options contains marks like 5,4,3,2,1.
i took 2 tables one is for que id(primary key), que title,and 5 radiobuttonlist options.and 2 table is userid,question id(foeign key),answer.now i designed the page now iam coding in design phase i have 3 buttons previous,next,finish. i want code for this 3 buttons and how can i write radiobutton click event and how can i give marks for that 5 options.please help me gladiatron.

I tried long time back just to add checkbox to a list view and I gave up. List view is the last control you want to add extra functionality. Its not impossible though. You will have to paint the thingi in runtime which is really hard to manage in future.

I am not sure, but you can create a cutome user control which has label(for image) and other stuff, then in your form you can add that control programmatically.

I Created an C# windows application to copy local folder to shared folder in intranet PC with a fixed user, the aplication will be set up on a server that will be logon by different administrators, however, it can not effect the program to run
normally.
Development OS: Windows XP 2P
TooL: VS 2003
Fromework: 1.1
Server OS: Windows 2000 Terminal Server SP4
Fromework: 1.1
Fromework: 2.0
Question:
The application can run on the server but can not copy file, What should I do ?
Notice:
The application can run on WinXP and copy file to remote PC.

I used Process and ProcessStartInfo classes to start the process but it is not working properly,
i used,
ProcessStartInfo psi = mew ProcessStartInfo();
psi.WorkingDirectory = strMyWorkingDirPath;
psi.FileName = strMyWorkingDirPath + HtmlAsText.exe;
psi.Arguments = " /run "+ strMyWorkingDirPath + "\" config.cfg\""
psi.WindowStyle = ProcessWindowStyle.Hidden;
psi.UseShellExecute = false;
Process.Start(psi);
if i remove switch "/run" then the application starts with its form based window, from where we can give file name and location using button clicks. But i want it to be run on command line as i stated before that it has provision of running on command-line. Can please tell me that where i'm doing mistake and how can we feed command line with our own input automatically at the start of propcess???
Note: strMyWorkingDirPath is a string that contains the path of aplcation to start and the path of config.cfg

Is exe really a property of an object called HtmlAsText? Or did you forget to put quotes around it. In fact, did you really copy this code from VS, or did you retype in into codeproject. If it was the latter, then there might be pertinent missing information.

From your earlier example, in a different thread (and you should really continue the discussion in the original thread), the quotes went around the whole path, not just the last part of the path.
So, try
psi.Arguments = "/run \""+strMyWorkingDirPath + " config.cfg\""
