I have made a user control now i want to call that user control in my test.aspx.cs file .
can anybody knows how to call this.

First Register that control in your aspx page
<%@ Register tagprefix="tagprefix"
namespace="namespace"
assembly="assembly" %>
Then use it in your aspx page
<code><tagprefix:YourUserControl id="Give ID " runat="server" /></code>
IN Code behind (.cs) file use this id

i have done it like this but when in .cs file i use this id no attributes of that user control comes.
Am i missing something

Are you able too see that user control When you run the application ?
Might be IDE problem if evry thing is right ?

can anyone guide me as to how i can add a vertical scroll abr in the messagebox option...
i am displaying my output vertically which contains 569 fields...is their anyway a vertical scroll bar can be added in the messagebox??

It won't get any easier than creating a new dialog and putting a TextBox and a Button on it, will it?
Try working through some basic Windows Forms tutorials and your task will be a matter of minutes afterwards.

first u need SQLDataSource object
you can drag drop it from the toolbox.
set the connection string
and specify the query/stored procedure for the insertion and then set the datasource of your text box equalts to your SQLDataSource..
or
u can do that through coding.
in old .net(1.1) style
make a object of SQLConnection class (set the connection properties)
make a object of SQLCommand object (set the query)
call SQLConnection's object's Open method
and then execute the query
there u go !!!
