Add a PostBackUrl property to your button:
PostBackUrl="~/Page2.aspx"
Then to get the value on your second page:
Dim t As TextBox = CType(PreviousPage.FindControl("Textbox1"), TextBox)
Label1.Text = t.Text
The above only works in .NET 2.0

But please keep in mind postbackurl post back main page again. So if you need to transfer values use Server.transfer and get the values thru properties.
In general, if it is straight forwrd transfer tehn user PostBackUrl or response.redirect.

Create an instance of the page2.aspx and make the event of button b public and call the event from page1.aspx. I think this should work

Why not extract the logic from the button b click event and stick it in method in a class and then call the same method from both buttons. Slightly neater solution.

Tried the same way, its correct however the requirement is that we have a textbox which we would some manipulations, so when we go the other page i need this text box and again send back again to the method for manipulations!!!
sounds really weird!!! What is the best solution?

First of all, it works fine locally, it has too many options in tool bar, and i m facing isuee regarding deployment even BasePath is set correctly, and i want editor with small option like B,I,U,Table,Image Uploader, Hyper Link, Bullet Point and some more, if you any one simpler than fck plz let me or guide me how to deploy fckeditor,

If you look into FCK Editor you can set it up to use any of the available buttons your require. On the project im working on right now i have only bold, italic, colours and link buttons available. Check on their site for the how to but as i remember it involves editing a text file that comes with it.
You need to add the FCK editor.dll into your bin folder in your project for it to work as well. You should be able to find all this on their site.

Is there any configuration involved to run it live, i have added dll to bin folder but still not running live, but running locally fine.

That's the Editor in the HTML
Dim Body As String = FCKeditor.Value
And thats how I reference it in the code.
FredCK.FCKeditorV2.dll is referenced in the bin folder. And thats it. There really should be any more to it than that. Look in the fckconfig.js file for config options. It looks like a mess in there I know but its actually quite straightforward.
Make sure the .Dll has made it up to the server
