Hi, gave up with this project a long while ago - never got any where with the Office products. I was using madCodeHook see http://www.madcodehook.com/madCodeHookDescription.htm[^] which worked for every application I tried except the Office suite !
The project as I said is now long forgotten and I don't write code anymore - retired due to ill health.

Hi All,
Is there any idea for scattering a bitmap and then reassembling it.
We have to use only one bitmap for this. For example, imagine that there is a glass window and we are breaking it into pieces, and then reassembling them to the same shape.

What do you mean of scattering my presumption of your question is particle system on 3Dmax(Cretae->Geometry->particle system->(spary,snow,pcloud,..)
but do you want to show each section of a bitmap till show perfect bitmap

When you learning 3dMax you can see this subjects;).
Its interesting for me that you want learning all things,and also if you decide to learn 3DMax its very good because it will helpfuls in next.You will learn about effects,materials,texture,light(Color,Multiplier,attenuation,...),Camera,Enviroment effects,Animation,and information about Pal,NTSC that I think they are helpfuls for programming.
For your question Im not sure But I think examples of DirectX.

Ah, good luck. I will not say that it is impossible, because that word is no longer in my vocabulary, but it is close enough that it does not matter. If you where actually dealing with glass the odds would be higher, because you would be dealing with 3 points of congruence (width, depth, height). But a bitmap is just a bunch of [2D] pixels and you can not necessarily associate them with any other set of pixels. If you where to tare a picture apart, then you may have a chance of putting it back together visually, What I mean by that is matching the contours of the pieces, which can also be done programmatically.

How could it be accomplished..? Is there any articles / materials, so that i could go through it and do it..? I need to tare any of the bitmap picture and reassemble it visually.. This is the requirement.

when i debug it.it gives me the ? questionmark after (return)conversion.
i have also tried directly WideCharToMultiByte but it also gives the same error ? mark .
i have replace LPCWSTR to WCHAR but didn't work.
basically this conversion is need to print the string value in listview control

Hi,
I need some help in creating a control. I need to have a button, which is nothing but the file browse button. But on the button one more down arrow will be there to show/allow to select the recent five files. When the user clicks on the arrow, recent list will be displayed. If user clicks on the button then the file browse dialog will be popped up.
I know how to open the file browse dialog, but is ther any control which displays the arrow.

If I understand you correctly, you need to create two buttons, one to open the fie browser dialog and another to display the last files. Perhaps you could use a context menu for the latter. If you change the style for the menu button ( remove the borders etc ) you can create the illusion of a single button. Using two buttons will also make your life easier when trapping the messages.
There is no button which contains an arrow that I know of, you will have to add a bitmap to the button. Either add a bitmap to your resources or create it at runtime. Or, depending on the font you are using, there may be an arrow character that you could use.
