I'm starting having a grip of what you want, but still feeling that I'm hallucinating!!

Is that what you want?!! You want to handle the minimize event yourself, and to filter the WM_NCLBUTTONDOWN?
Again you can still capture the LBUTTONUP that is still being sent to the window.
