Yes, it's very close! 
I am used to clicking on the plus/minus sign, but your sample does not allow that - a very minor nit.
Are you thinking about some threshold size? i.e., don't show fold caption if less than N lines? Or maybe having two flavors of PRE block?

If you want the boxes to initiate folding you have to upgrade to Code Folding Enterprise. You must upgrade from Code Folding Standard to Code Folding Enterprise - you cannot upgrade from normal, non Code Folding directly to Code Folding Enterprise. That would be a breach of the EULA.
(IOW this was a proof of concept. I'll fix!)

I'd like the ability to suspend an article with immediate effect. This would be important for legal reasons, so you can sort out the legally of the article, then either keep pulled, are release the article if all is well.

Please remove the feature that prevents us from saving code project pages to our machines, I am a consultant and I often need to bring code project files to clients without internet connections (sometimes remotes sites) and this is a real inconvenient.

Seems to work perfectly fine for me (Firefox browser). I can save forum pages, articles and the main page.

do the same... but what do they do?? 
(doesn't work on NT)

Something has changed? I too like to keep off-line copies of articles I find useful. I have been doing this for years.
Now it doesn't work any more.
Example: http://www.codeproject.com/cs/database/CsvReader.asp
will not save?????

Chris, it would be really cool if we had an article/area and forum for topics that don't relate to source code but are still technical in nature. I just submitted 7 articles that represent probably 100 hours of work I've done just in preparing them and they are getting low-voted because they are not programming articles. I realize this is "CodeProject" but like I mention in my articles if your network isn't running right and you have code that runs across networks then your code won't work either.
I'd also like to write an article about being self-employed and running your own business. I'm not favorable to doing so though if it's just going to get low-voted and removed. Marc Clifton and I were going to work on something together and if we had a full-fledged place to submit it that would be cool. A lot of regular members here have a lot of questions about this stuff that indirectly relates to what they do. So some expansion categories might be a good thing.

I agree. A networking and business related forum, would be cool, and a forum for general design, design patterns and UML, that isn't necessarily "code" oriented, would also be cool.
I realize that the number of different forums could get out of control, or might not be very active, so maybe some general ones would suffice.

Hello!
I'd suggest to create some ".NET 1.0/1.1" group for C# articles. This group would contain all articles that are .NET 1.0/1.1-specific, or where only useful at that time.
Why? For example, have a look at this page:

Very many articles. Unfortunately if you're working with .NET 2.0, many of the articles are useless, because .NET 2.0 introduced features that made the articles .NET 1.0/1.1-specific (better alternative ways come with .NET 2.0 directly).
Balloon tooltips can displayed without native methods (old article[^]), button images are supported (old article[^]), etc. etc. etc. Skimming over the article list, I'd say at least 25% of the articles could be moved to the .NET 1.0/1.1-specific group.
