AFAIK, there's no way to increase that limit. Instead, it sounds like you have some kind of leak in your code. I've nver seen a USER Object count that high in any application. The largest User Object counts I've seen belong to CAD and 3D modeling packages, like Maya, and they don't come anywhere near 10,000 objects...
