Difference is that most military bases actively check when someone tries to enter.

Here in Belgium (flemish speaking) we say : "smakelijk"
In french you have "bon appetit"
In spanish this is "buen provecha"
and in German "Guten Appetit"
In English you have "Enjoy your meal". Kinda funny that the last one is the most "mouthful" 
(for me at least)

I would say the English equivalent is more likely to be "tuck in", "enjoy your meal" is more commonly to be heard from a waiter.

In Turkish (IIRC) it is "afyet olsun". Funnily enough, Google translates that into English as "Bon Appetit".

The phrase is a clue, or set of clues to a word (or words) that form a Cryptic Crossword Clue: Cryptic crossword - Wikipedia[^] for you to solve. If you get it right inside the time limit, you set the next one (Monday to Friday inclusive) at 09:00 UK time.
For example, One of my recent ones was "Right loam, wrong process (9)" - the number in brackets tells you it has nine letters. The solution is "ALGORITHM":
Right loam is nine letters, wrong indicates an anagram, and process == ALGORITHM, an anagram of "rightloam".
