Does anyone know of a POE hat for the Pi-4 that provides 3 amps instead of just 2.5?

The 802.3af standard only guarantees 12.95w of power available for any devices which is less than 3A at 5V.
I suspect there is a reason POE hats supply 2.5A.
I wouldn't trust one that claims to supply more, unless you find one that supports 802.3at (POE+), in which case your switch also must support that.

Having worked out in the world for 20+ years there is one fact that I think is most certainly true.
narcissists sociopaths and psychopaths exist in far greater numbers than the medical journals would lead us to believe.
I happen to sort of run into one at another company yesterday. Not my new employer and it got me to thinking.
Thoughts?

I don't either. But apparently the statistics which I just misremembered/quoted/made up. are that less than 5% of the population is in this category. I think it is more like 15+%

Maybe it depends on the extent of the psychosis, so it's in the eye of the beholder. I'd put practically every politician into those categories, but I know many would make exceptions for those they see as lesser evils.

You should do a study and confirm it.
But even then, perhaps it's just that your line of work has a higher rate of them.

Having looked at the replies to you post, so far, I came to the sad conclusion that the problem apparently is with you.
Probably a narcissist, since you put yourself in a good light with respect to others. This condition will keep progressing until you realize (in your own way) that everyone is part of your triad of evil personalities.
Like the two old ladies in the classic film "Arsenic & Old Lace", you'll come to the realization that everyone is crazy, except you.
Since you can do nothing about it, I heartily suggest you embrace it.*
* as a narcissist, embracing yourself should be pretty easy! And don't do it around children.

Not sure about the other 'paths' but if you classify narcissists as type-A, arrogant, over-the-top, attention seekers, then I agree that there's way too many of them by any standard. I seem to be surrounded by them.

Some of you probably remembered my cat, Pink, ran away last year.
Well, she's been found at a farm about two km away.
We caught her (took us a week) and I brought her home yesterday.
Now my cat Jiji is pretty stressed out about all this.
She's constantly meowing and hissing when she's downstairs.
Pink is hiding under the couch, as she always did, and does absolutely nothing.
I had hoped Jiji could learn Pink to be a little more social.
They better get along soon or it's back to the shelter with Pink

That's a pretty bad idea - it encourages one cat to dominate the other and eat all the food, even if they end up vomiting it straight back up.
Cats are highly territorial, and getting them to share nicely isn't easy at all.

Ring the shelter and explain the problem: there are some things that can help this to be resolved, but they do depend on the individual cats.
The shelter will be able to help you - they've done this loads of times before - and can at least tell you when it's time to call it a day and go back to a one-cat household.
There are some pheromone based products which may help calm the atmosphere though - try you local Feliway site. We use them when fireworks are likely, because he gets freaked by them and they calm him down quite well without being sedatives.

Oh, and how many litter trays do you have? Remember, you need N + 1 litter trays, where N is the number of cats: you should have three in separate rooms.
Toilet facilities are an important resource, and cats will guard them if they can to establish territorial dominance. N + 1 means that's not possible.
