Hi 1st of al ur assumption is right.
But this can happn due to following.
This condition will arises if u have takem a very long time after u have last work on it.
Somtimes in very short time this may happen cause of computions and large amount of applications are running simuntaniously.
This can be reduce by external cooling(Air/Water[yes! It is also available and it is very efficient])
