Solution 1

This is a programming forum. If you can't work out how to use the submission wizard, while I can't see how that is possible, I believe an email address is given to use to submit instead. We're not going to repeat the step by step instructions you've already failed to follow.

I'm with Christian on this one. If you can't navigate the Submission Wizard, I seriously doubt you could follow even more instructions.
