My graduation project about hiding text in-picture (stegangraphy) and the addition of a watermark of the form of a text to the image and I did not find the code that help me..... note that I use vb.Net 2008

We don't do homework. However, I don't think you've looked hard enough: there are a ton of articles out there about stenography so keep looking. I'll post a link below to get you started...

Consider not taking on projects you have no idea how to do. First find the info you need, then choose the project. Google is also useful in this regard.
