Dual screen VLC issue

hi! everybody!.I really need you to help me with my project!
I use activex vlc and develop by C# to make software. It allows to run 2 window video
from 1 file video, but I can't find how to solove this broblem.thank for your help!

IF you can't do it, then you've got the wrong project. If you cna't explain what you've tried and where you're stuck, then you're asking us to write your project. The jobs board is for that.
