In the lounge there are many massages with links. Someone write the URL using the HTML tags; someone simply write the URL as plain text. In this second case, it would be nice if the parser could recognise the "http://" header of the word and add the proper HTML tag.

That would be cool, especially if it could add a target="_blank", maybe as an option, or a default for non CP links.

I would like to see an additional button similar to Quote Selected Text, which prompts via JavaScript for a desired URL and a textual description, and inserts <a href="URL">description</a> [<a href="URL" target="_blank">^</a>] (Maybe the description field should be defaulted with Clickety  ) So Chris has not to implement a parser for the postings...

Code Project's message board has an expanded view option that, I assume, allows a user to view all of the threads of a page in their entirety.
Even though this option is for Supporters only, I believe this option would benefit more users because it saves time posting, replying, and looking for answers.

The problem with expanded view is that the Ads won't re-load. Currently the Ads re-load when we view individual messages! I think it's okay for supporters to have it as they have already shown their support for CP in a big way.

At the top left of every page (under the Options box), it displays your username (or rather the username of the currently logged in user)
Would it be too difficult to make this link to your own profile page? (as it's surprisingly difficult to reach your own profile quickly)

Well I personally wouldnt want to post nude pics of my girlfriend or even ex-girlfriends. But I guess some guys, who are hurting deep inside, see it as cure, through revenge. I guess. Ultimately they will come up short and realise it, but we often do things in haste while in pain and angry. Things we come to regret.
