The green row would look good as a light-green to normal-green gradient bar. The orange bar above it could also be a gradient, from light-orange to the darker one. The gradients should look "blending", like the task bar of the Windows XP Media Center theme (Royale). Additionally the orange bar on the very left should be a lighter orange. Would also be nice to have a section specific (i.e. MFC/C++, C#, ASP.NET, .NET and VB.NET) "most bookmarked" articles table displayed at the home page.
