Here is what is expected by enquirers:
1. TRY first what you want to do!
2. Formulate what was done by you that looks like an issue/not working.

Try them and tell if you face issues.

Solution 2

Try Google!, Do you know how Hearts game work? First write algorithm of the game on plain paper, and then implement it using matlab.

Now, if you don't enough knowledge of matlab, i believe you need to read more books and practice practice and practice
