in the combo box all course name are there.when i select the combo box that particular item will be displayed in the cell in that datagridview.

then i want to go to another column.for that go to another column in data grid view,
how to write code using vb script.when i press enter button in the keyboard that combo box will goes to another column.i want to use only one combo box for all staff to enter course on that date.

please send the code.

I take it you are using asp.net by the fact that you are asking for vb script?

First of all, 'please send the code' rather than 'I've tried this', is really frustrating. Why can't you at least try to do your job ? Secondly, please tag your question properly. VBScript runs in IE ( so I assume this is a website, either ASP.NET or MVC ), but only in IE ( so for some reason, you deliberately want your site to not work on a Mac, or on Firefox or Chrome. Why ?

If you're writing a windows app, what makes you think you can write vbscript in your C# app ? If you're writing a web app, then there are no datagridviews interacting with javascript or vbscript. The scripting languages run in the browser, where all those server controls have been turned in to html. In html, those things are probably tables, in tables, like most elements, have events including events for key presses. Adding events in javascript to handle what you want is easy, and works everywhere. Not many people script web sites in VBscript, because they want their websites to work for everyone, not just IE users.
