How can I copy data from a restricted computer

How can I copy data from a computer whose usb is disable have no cd\dvd rom but have lan card. I even dont have administrator right so how I can with the help of Lan cable copy data from that computer.

Is this a programming question? What language are you using, and what approaches have you tried?

Do you have permission to install software developed for this purpose on the machine in question?

Are you supposed to be able to copy data off of it? Usually when I've seen a computer locked down in such a way it was done to prevent specifically that. I recommend you direct your question to the person who gave you access to the computer.
