i want to have an web site and it will allow user to create weblog and i need to have 10 module like
search and sms sender to members and chatbox for each weblogs...please help me?

Solution 1

If you want to have someone write your website you should go to a jobs site. If you want to write your own, you should do more than post a vague spec and hope someone will send you code.

This is some kind of reinventing the wheel.

Why you don't use this open source blog management :

Look whether if there are some plugins for chat or voting. otherwise it can be manipulated by you to have those features.

Also if you don't mind if its ASP or PHP here are other CMSs which may helps you :
