I need small example on UPLOAD AND DOWN LOAD FILE IN C# Win forms. which has one button and one text box once you upload or down load file show up in that text box

You need more detail, upload and download from where? http? ftp?

Why restate the same thing. We know what your demand is. If you can't use google, can't program, can't read books, at least work on answering questions about your request, and perhaps making your requests less rude and more likely to make us feel you did more than ask us to do your work for you. Don't deliver a spec for code to people you are not paying.
