2. Can u pls provide reference of a web based Dicom viewer which is commercially in use?

Rather than us attempting to answer this, it would be good practice if you were to ask the same things within a popular search engine.

And if you cannot tell the difference between the website and the application then there is some serious reading to be done on your part.
