set up file running error

suddenly i am getting this error after creating set up file and after deploying it of my dot net project
did some settings after googling but no change

"login faild for user mt/mayur
JIT debugging is enabled, any unhandled exception
will be sent to the JIT debugger registered on the computer
rather than be handled by this dialog box."

And are these user details anything on your machine ? Were is the message coming from ? Is it when you deploy to different users, or test on your machine ?

i am testing on my own machine i am not getting what happened because this same was running successfully and after making some changes i create once again set up file and install it then this error gets raised

This must not be the actual error. See if you see anything in event viewer of the system.

Your issue must lie within the changes you made, and never say that you checked your code and it is ok... We all make that mistake at some point, but you likely introduced a bug that doesn't show up until you install as opposed to running out of Visual Studio. Carefully check your changes again.

i solved it by just adding user instance=true at last in connection string
