Where the exception with the message "Object reference not set to an instance of an object" occurs. Execute under debugger mode and let know where the error is thrown.Basically you can make sure that the object is properly initialized to return a value except null or you can add a code to check if it is null,if it is null replace with some value.

This is only possible when you have columns of all the tables same in DB,which practically doesn't work

Otherwise you need a secondary repository for each table(i.e Duplicate table for each)

you can some logic like this to pull the deleted from one to another
<pre lang="SQL">DELETE FROM MyTable OUTPUT DELETED.* INTO MyOtherTable</pre>
or use trigger like this to transfer data

pls follow the solution i have created and change it accordingly for your requirement..If you want to increase the width of image pls use the width="px" tag if you want to increase the Div width pls use width="100%"
