Could you please refraise your question or give us a little bit more information. I have no clue what you want us to help you with. Please be a little more specific on the problem that you face while trying to create your application.

Hi master,
Could you give me the code on how you get the ROW_ID values and how you store the rest in the datagridview. You may have to add a column. Please bear in mind that the database is updated from the underlying datasource and not from the datagridview itself. So adding something to the datagradview may to always be visible in the database.

With 'hacking' I meant exactly what 'hacking' means .. which is programming. So, what have you 'programmed' already regarding the setup creation bit.

Hi everyone, can you please tell me where I can get ferrari's for free. Not the toy ferrari's but the real one. No dents please. And can you pick it up for me and deliver it on my doorstep. Make sure it's red, no other color. Oh , and I want it in two hours.

What have you hacked together so far in order to achieve this ?

Amazing, isn't it ? .. I know we have to show some leniency when it comes to 'poorly phrased questions', but this is definitely too much to ask.

To my recollection you can actually add custom usercontrols to an individual DataGridView cell, even in both modes. I've done it in the past.

That is really bizar. The DataGridRow and DataGrid classes both belong to the Microsoft.Windows.Controls namespace and should be automatically be referenced as they are a part of the .NET framework. What OS, Framework and Visual Studio version are you using ?

I'm sorry. My mistake. I thought you had a DataGridView, but now I see you have a DataGrid. In that case, you need an additional step, which is to get the rows of the datagrid. I update my code.

Good anwser by the way. It's always good to use a control especially designed for a particular task. In this case a datetimepicker. That will fix his problem for sure.

I completely agree with you. The cast will not work. It has to be converted to a valid DateTime. But give me a break, I haven't had my morning coffee yet !

well, the guy said that he was using HH:MM in a dropdown thingy. Unless he has a Datetime repository item binded to the dropdown thingy or defined a mask, the dropdown.Text value will most probably be a string. And (string1 <= string2) usually doesn't make a constructor happy :)

Do you already have an login mechanism in place. You need this. Without it, it won't be able to authenticate anything.

Not sure what you mean though. Could you please provide us with more information or details. Copying files in c# is pretty straightforward. File.Copy(src_filename, dst_filename) usually does the trick. But I guess if it was that simply, you wouldn't be asking this question.

Hi Ram,
Thank you for clarifying your issue. One question remains. Do you , or don't you want the image url to ask for credentials. The gmail example is behaviour by design. If you want to access an image that belongs to a domain and the session is no longer established, you have to setup a new secure session in order to access the image, thus its asking you for credentioals again.
