Titan 3 E
stage 0. 2 solid boosters 10' diameter, eyeballed at about 75' tall. Volume = 6800 cubic feet = 50k gallons each.
stage 1: 240k pounds of hydrazine and nitrogen tetraoxide. Mix ratio 1:1 (by molecules) = 102: 32 by mass. = 180k pounds of nto, 60k pounds of hydrazine. = 82k kg and 27k kg = 59k liters and 27k liters = 86 k total liters = 23k gallons.
stage 2: 55k pounds of hydrazine and nto. = 5.3k gallons.
stage 3: ~10k kg of hydrogen and oxygen. 5:1 molecular ratio (hydrogen rockets run fuel rich) 10:16 mass ratio: 3.5 tons hydrogen, 6 tons oxygen. 13k gallons and 1200 gallons
= 162k gallons if I've done all my math right.
V2 is 11.5 billion miles away which gives 68,000 MPG and counting.
