Hi ,
in ma application i have to recuperate the value of a textbox if it is aqual to Date.Now then i do some statments else i do an other thing .
the problem is that the function Date.Now retun both the date & time & plus it returns them between ##
by the opposite the date in ma textbox between return them '' and i get just date from the text not also the time
so please can you tell me how to separate this two lovers

I am not really sure what you are asking, but try using Date.Now.ToString("mm/dd/yyyy") and compare this string to the date in your text box

i'm looking for the source code on how to transfer the video.avi file into computer (GUI interface) which built using visual basic 6. this means when i am clicking a button on GUI interface,web camera that i used will automatically load the video.avi file to the program/interface to be processed....can anybody help me?

You'd be better off using Visual Basic .NET with Visual Studio 2005. Much, much simpler to do.
It is possible with VB 6.0 but it is an obsolete platform and much harder to accomplish.

Having worked both ends of this candle...
.NET approach
Pro: Services written in .NET are much easier to implement, and, I would suspect, much more stable (VS 2003 or VS 2005, whichever is available).
Con: Services can only run as services; debugging is more difficult.
VB 6 approach
Pro: Easier to debug since application can be executed as a regular VB image.
Con: Stability is questionable; implementation is more difficult; support for VB 6 is quickly waining.

I've used the "VB-friendly NT Service API Functions" to create a VB6 NT Service before.
They are in the NTVBSvc type library.
If you cannot find it, let me know. I have a copy from 4 or 5 years ago.
