It looks to me like you've submitted both feeds to the site. We could just delete the old one on August 23rd and let the new one do its thang.

I just saw two articles with (almost) the same title, and the same content:

and

Sadly even I do not have the ability to change the type. If it is an alternative to an article it defaults to the article type with no option to change it.

In this case I would be happy to repost it for you as a Tip, if that would be agreeable. (we are also currently discussing ways internally of making this system better)
