Really you have to be careful when using terms like Export and Dataset.

Firstly an .mdb Format is a Format used for a Access Database. Now in .NET a Dataset can have a Table and more than one table. a Dataset is not a Database in .NET.

When you Save the data in the Dataset , you will be saving it in a table, and that table belongs to a Database.

Secondly you wrote: and also save on the desktop.

I don't really understand what you mean here, you are Confusing me.

Please Clarify exactly what you want

I Actually don't have VB.NET installed in my Computer,VB.NET and C# have similar Classes so converting the code its very Simple. I need to Clarify something before i go for lunch.

I wrote it with VB.NET 2003 and i have used Wizards a lot there and i was using SOL. So the Same way you save to SQL is the same way you save to Access.

Hi ,

Actually the code is bit lengthy and much complicated .It is better if u provide a simple code.

I want to export datagrid data to Acess just like export to excel.I want atleast c# code.

I'm making bulletin board
Which is located in UpdatePanel.
Most function plays well.
But there are some problem in the custom control(paging control exactly)

This control's linkbutton calls page postback action(not script callback)
I'd like to know which code do I have to add to
my paging custom conrol calls script callback

The rendering mehtod of the custom conrol like this

I found the answer from http://forum.asp.net

The entire output script of custom control must be wrapped
in a some wrapping tag(a, div, etc..), and also the attribute must be given to it

Just like this

Try something like this:

Page.ClientScript.RegisterClientScriptBlock(typeof(Page), "MyKey", "alert('Hii');", true);

it's working in IE Browser but not in other browsers like mozilla...

Use textContent in Mozilla. Always use Mozilla's error console to know why something is not working.

replace function is not working in Firefox,but it working in IE browser.
for eg:

total = total.replace(/,/,'');

i am get the in Error console that replace is not function.
can you please help me.

Why your are using two commas, that means you are passing three arguments to function. Where replace accepts only two.

Use Ctrl+Left/Right to switch messages, Ctrl+Up/Down to switch threads, Ctrl+Shift+Left/Right to switch pages.
