I am using VS 2005 . My website (C#, ASP.NET 2.0) worked ok. But after I run it several times, i got an exception when loading the report
The maximum report processing jobs limit configured by your system administrator has been reached
Then I restart my pc, and it works again.
Can anyone tell me what is the problem in my project? Do I need to configure anything?

As per my understanding,
You did not close or dispose the Report Document. So multiple report are documents open in report engine so that's why it's raising exception.

I was implementing the authentication and authorization in my project . My problem is is there any common method through which i can receive the name of the page(Current page name).I am asking , due to the reason that i have form names and user names in the database , while the user try to acess any form , the website checks the authorization .I am soing this on every page load , i mean on page load i am sending to database a query , which checks the authorization.

Creat a Base class and inherit with all web pages.
In the Base class you can check authorizatino or whatever commom for all pages.

Is there any inbuilt function to perform this task.
I am saying this because in order to achieve the task as per ur suggestion , first i will create a class there i will declare the formnames and finally i will send a query to database for the particular form of a user whethe that is authorized or not , then i will return the value whether that user is authorized to access or not to the calling funciton in the web page , i will return the value to the calling function in web page because , i can't use the respose.redirect function in class file.
So far what i did is . i am checking the authorization on each form load.

You can use that by HttpContext.Current.Response.Redirect()

Nope. Inherit all your pages from a base class and do the checking there. You can override OnInit or Page_load in this class and do the checking.

can i use the pameterized queries while using the adapter.update ?
I am saying this because , i am doing the duplicacy checks while inserting the records.
while populating the Datatable with rows , that time too i am using doing the duplicacy check.except one thing like
i have master table and child table
in master table i have name field and id
and in child table i have subject field and master table id
so the data is of following type
Sonia Maths
Sonia English
Sonia Physics
....
....
in the datatable.
so subject are comming under Sonia
on the subject i am putting the duplicacy check but the check on name will be done at the back end , reason is , the moment i insert the first record of Sonia it will insert the name in the master table and the pertaining suject in the child table ,
then the next record should come under the same id (and it will pick the soina id and will insert the record under that id of Sonia.) , i mean under sonia.
That's the reason i am checking the name dupicacy at back end
Now my question is how i should use the parameterized queries(in order to use the stored procedures) while using the adapter.update.

the size of video file is usally 10MB.
What is better?

It depends on you and your requirements.
Performance:
* File System - Good
* SQL Server - Not good
Maintenance
* File System - Difficult to maintain
* SQL Server - Very Easy
I also heard about Video Servers which faster for videos. If you have still time to R&D just research on Video Servers also.

Hello, I am developing a webform, which when submitted emails the form and/or fields as word attachment. To generate the web form as word document I have used C# as below:
System.IO.StringWriter oStringWriter = new System.IO.StringWriter();
System.Web.UI.HtmlTextWriter oHtmlTextWriter = new HtmlTextWriter(oStringWriter);
StreamWriter objStreamWriter = File.AppendText(strFilepath);

objStreamWriter.WriteLine(oStringWriter.ToString());
objStreamWriter.Close();
Using smtpdotnet, I am emailing this word attachment. The problem is that the word document generated does not look straight. Fields are not properly aligned and margins are messed up with the result that the print-out does not even print the entire document. Can you suggest if there is a better approach to the solution above to render a clean-looking word document? Would you recommend any third party tools or components for ASP.NET 2.0? Any help is appreciated. Thanks.

Even though you generate the Word file using the HTML tags, it is not the actual Word file. Rather I can call it HTML Word file.

The problem may be your stylesheet. Are you using any stylesheet for the HTML/ASPX page to render properly?? If so when you save it as Word file, the Css references would miss. May be this is your problem. To solve this problem,
* Inject the styles you used in the page, in the same page itself using tags
or
* Change the Css reference to the full path (http://www.mydomain.com/css/mycss.css) rather using than partial relative path (css/mycss.css). This idea work well only when you able to connect to www.mydomain.com at all time.
