Load Bitmap instance, and use Graphics.DrawImage() specifying the width and size. You can try GetThumbNail() also.

You can't crop an image in Javascript and unless you're writing a HTTP handler, or showing images in a web page with no text, you'll have trouble trimming them in memory and then showing them. What are you trying to do ?

Can't really do that. You did not supply a clear/concise need or database information at all. Code for storing data in a database depends on the schema, etc of the database. There is no one clear answer to your need.

the moment , it changes the pic, i think that moment , the request should go to the server.I mean when it changes the pic automatically, after that , i click the ALT + Back button , it should take me to the previous pic , but the moment i click at the back button it is taking me to yahoo.com page.

AJAX calls won't be stored by the browser to take you to the back. So pressing back button will take you the page where you came from.

Hard to know what 'it's not working' means. If you add a variable to the code that calls your proc, and you set it to be an output variable, once you close the connection, you should be able to use that variable to access the value.

You have to set the parameter direction to output. Then access the value of that particular parameter after calling stored procedure.

I am creating this page where I am reading from the database using a SqlDataReader and Loading the info into an ArrayList. The ArrayList is a class member and the ArrayList object has been created in the class constructor, therefore, this object should be visible to all other members of the class.
However, if I add some objects to the ArrayList in a MenuItem_Click and then try to read those added objects from a Button_Click, it shows the ArrayList is empty - which seems quite surprising. Obviously I am missing something.
Any help?
