The message itself is actually posted on various web sites and would fit here in the Insider News forum. Therefore, I did not report the user and posted the account. But it is a new account and should not care if it is removed.

I went through OP's article. Its another discussion that its more like a tip but I don't see any reason to be reported as plagiarism.
The only statement I see in the glossary link and in article which are same is
"Quote: Encapsulation is the packing of data and functions into one component .
But this is a generic statement which we use all the time . And his code and further explanation are his own words. So Please remove the link or give the specific part where it has been copied
