I went through OP's article. Its another discussion that its more like a tip but I don't see any reason to be reported as plagiarism.
The only statement I see in the glossary link and in article which are same is

.
But this is a generic statement which we use all the time . And his code and further explanation are his own words. So Please remove the link or give the specific part where it has been copied

Yes. I saw that. In the past when member have used definition or clause from Wikipedia in introduction. We give him a chance in his article to put reference by posting in comment section. But for above , he has tried to implement it his way. Just my humble opinion
