Why New Tech Products Usually Stumble, and How to Prevent It at Your Company

This post discusses reasons why new tech products stumble and suggests some ways in which that can be prevented.
Ideally, you want to operate on all three levels of metric frameworks. And clarify them from the outcomes back down to the resource utilization. It should be clear what the stakeholders and goals are, so that you can start building things. Once you do that, make sure that your team has clear output targets (and you keep the releases as small as you can). And only then do you start looking at the feature factory efficiency measures.
