I use the primary monitor for the good stuff (browsing CP, reading blogs, VC) and the secondary for junk like email and VSS. Wink | ;)

I have the two sitting side-by-side, but I orient the virtual desktop like this:
+---+
| 1 |
+---+
+---+
| 2 |
+---+
So to move the cursor to the right monitor, I move the mouse down. This way I can still slam the mouse to the top-right corner of the mouse pad to reach the [X] button on an app that's maximized on the primary monitor. The only bad part is that I have to aim carefully for the Taskbar, since it's at the bottom of monitor 1, which is in the middle of the virtual desktop.

On the upside, when someone else comes to use my system, I get to see them freak out trying to move the cursor to the second monitor. Laugh |
