heat.exe is generating registryvalue for some dlls but not for all. why is that? Do i really need to use these registryvalue? Whats the purpose of it?

heat.exe is a tool that comes with WIX. It has the capability to quickly capture files and directories from a computer and turn them into WiX authoring. It creates a .wxs file.
