How to disable some SharePoint apps in Site Definition

I'm developing a custom SharePoint 2013 Site Definition that will include some custom masterpages, custom page layouts, some content types, a set of WebParts … in this this template I was asked to activate some features, deactivate some unused settings which has been done successfully using Onet.xml but the problem, I was asked to disable some unused apps like (Form Library, Access App , External List, Asset Library) and unfortunately, I’m getting stuck, I tried to do it in the main feature event receiver using (web.Features.Remove), but it’s generating a lot of error message when I try to create site collection using this site definition.
