I am expanding a C# program I found here and I want to add context-sensitive help

Apart from a couple of notes telling me to go buy Adobe RoboHelp, and a lot of 'obsolete and unsupported' Microsoft articles, there seems to be absolutely NOTHING around anywhere I have looked.

Context-sensitive help seems to be a complex and tedious thing to create but what has happened to the instructions? Does nobody do this anymore? Is Adobe RoboHelp the defacto 'only game in town?'

For a program I got for free and will, myself, give away for free, buying RoboHelp seems a bit pricey.
