How to fetch id and username from xml while testing login page with selenium using eclipse

Hi,

please some one provide me scripts for parameterizing Page elements and username/password. so that while testing any login page , i should not hard code those data and can fetch those data from XML's. So that if any element id or username/password needs to be changes, i can just change the value in xml not the Script. Would like to keep this Login testcase as an Library which can be used for executing more complex test cases. Also let me know how to arrange test cases in test suite
