phantomjs/selenium tests are failing on the build server

Some of my tests are failing on the build server with "timeout exception" while passing locally.
I am unable to conclude the reason of failure.

Local machine setup:
windows 7 machine ,phantomjs ver 1.9.8

build server setup:
linux ,phantomjs ver 1.9.2
