File Upload Permission denied Godaddy Shared hosting

I have a web application on godaddy shared hosting. Its a asp.net application. Everything working fine but when I upload some file it gives an error "Runtime Error"
plz help me

Seems like the custom error page is not working, or that you're setting the value the customErrors to off -- Bad choice!

That 500 (Internal server error) that you're facing has the information that you're going to use, to resolved this problem. Possible problems, (if the code ran perfectly on the development machine, and gives this error on the GoDaddy's platform) include the permission problem. Make sure you're giving enough permissions to the code to run and use the directories.
