How can I use voice as command to redirect from one page to another in asp.net

Text to speech conversion is easy task in asp.net. But I have problem in voice recognition for specific command in asp.net, a web application not for desktop application.....Please help me.

suppose voice command is "GO TO HOME PAGE" then web page moves from current web page to home page.
