How to get MAC address of Client PC through load balancer

We have hosted our web application on the three virtual machines. All three are of same version. Those applications are accessed through the load balancer. In our application we are capturing MAC ID of user's PC for authentication purpose. But if we access the application from the load balancer we are not getting the MAC ID.
Is there any way to get MAC ID trough the load balancer.

I guess there must be restrictions in that machine.
