how to uninstall msi application installed programmatically using C#

Hi,
I spent lot of time in figuring out how to uninstall a msi application installed previous. The scene is that I have installed an application on a fresh system. When I again try installing the same application with minor update it shows me and windows error quoting "remove application from add/remove programs". Which I do not want.
I want to have force full installation in such cases or it should show either remove/repair option. I dont have much knowledge about building installer which provide such settings. Please provide me a solution ~~asap~~.

I installed InstallshieldLE but when I tried to build new setup project I got error reading as
"the template specified cannot be found installshield"

When you select "New Project",
do you have two entries under "Setup and Deployment"?
One "Enable InstallShield Limited Edition",
the other "InstallShield Limited Edition Project".
If yes, which of those did you choose?
