How do I store real time tick by tick data of stock market available in Excel to Sql Server Database?

I have many excel sheets consisting of real time tick by tick data of stock market. I need to integrate all these different sheets into one Sql server database. How shall I do that?

I am new to programming and have no clue about how shall i do it. So how shall i start?

This question is too broad. You need to analyze the data, understand how do the rows/sheets/files relate to each other, design tables in SQL server and finally import the data from excel into your database.
