is there a way to increase the MRU files num of vs?

I have yahoo for a long long time. but only found this Visual Studio Project MRU List Editor IV[^]

But it only operate the registry also. Don't increase the num of MRU files.

I need some tools or add-ins to help me remember more of the MRU solution and files . Add-in is not acquired,it's can be a standalone exe or sth.

any hint will be appreciated!

Yes, there is.

In your Visual Studio
go to Tools -> Options -> General and adjust
"number of items shown in recently used lists"
