I am using SQL DEpendency concept in my project

The activated proc '[dbo].[SqlQueryNotificationStoredProcedure-62d01809-eb7e-4008-a3cd-2e45adea58cc]' running on queue 'LycaMoney_FR_Devteam.dbo.SqlQueryNotificationService-62d01809-eb7e-4008-a3cd-2e45adea58cc' output the following: 'The user does not have permission to perform this action.'

Who is running the procedure? Where is the procedure running? Does the procedure exist where it runs?
