classic asp debugging

hello
i am trying to set up an environment to debug vb script with classic asp. i was following on of the solution provided Debugging Classic ASP (VBScript) in Visual Studio


on the steps 1.3.1 it say click F5 to build the project and at that point i am getting the following error
"Unable to start debuggoing on the web server. The web server is not configured correctly." what i should do to over come this point.
