Interactive between client and server in sql server

I have designed a database and insert data at sql client(instance name: VANTYTLMA). now,
1. I want to clone database from sql client to sql server(VANTY/SQLEXPRESS)
2. after i insert 1 row from client then it'll update automaticaly to server(VANTY/SQLEXPRESS)
(note: server is local)
please help me! thanks!
