Custom Content search webpart does not display any result

Hi,

I have extended ContentBySearchWebPart in my webpart. followed by below article.

Extend Content Search web part to add Target Audience filter[^]

when i deployed my webpart on my page. it inherits all properties of content search webpart also search preview result show result as expected. but it does not show anything on page.

Can any one help me on this? how we can bind the result set on page?
