How to generate PDF from currently submitted form from a Sharepoint Library

I have a SharePoint Library and I want to generate and send PDF of the form in an email when form is submitted to the SharePoint library.

Is there any way to do it using workflow or any other way to achieve this?

Ok.
I have a form published on SharePoint library and there is a Submit to SharePoint library method. Now when user fills out the form and submits it then I want some people to be notified via email and that email should have attached the PDF version of the form submitted by user.
Is there a way to convert that form into PDF and attach it with email?
